Big Bear Watersports School has been in business for 12 years now.

We pride ourselves on providing you a fun AND safe environment out on Big Bear Lake.

We offer private charters for 1 hour, 2 hours and 3 hours

You can pick and choose what activity you want to do with the time you reserve.

Activities: Zup boarding (most popular), tubing, wake surfing, waterskiing, wake boarding, and more!

  • We allow 5-6 passengers on our boats at one time to ensure safety of all participants.

    Have more than 6 people? Not to worry! We can easily come back in and trade off!

    Another option for larger groups is to charter multiple boats at the same time! That way, your group will be out on the water at the same time!

  • We provide a captain/coach for the boat who is very knowledgeable on our lake rules/ safety procedures. You just get to sit back, relax, and have fun!

  • You are welcome to bring beverages that are clear and have a top that tightens and will not spill. Sorry, no alcoholic beverages on board.

    We ask you do not bring food on board.

  • We do not allow any pets/animals on board.

  • Cancellations made at least 72 hours before your reservation are subject to a 30% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your reservation are nonrefundable.

    If Big Bear Watersports School cancels due to unsafe weather or water conditions, rescheduling will be available or refunds will be offered at our discretion.

ZUP boarding is a fun way to experience watersports on Big Bear Lake. Riders can start by lying down or kneeling, then work toward standing and riding across the water. It's a great option for beginners and families looking to try something new.
