CURRENCY

All prices posted both online and in the park are in U.S. Dollars. No other currency will be accepted.

This Privacy Policy from BIG BEAR WATERSPORTS SCHOOL, INC. describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from bigbearwatersports.com.

WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device.

Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically collected information as Device Information.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 13.

CHANGES

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

A big bear Watersports school, inc. Waterpark Session/Day Pass is valid only at Big Bear Watersports School, inc. and grants a revocable license to the registered holder for admission and use of all open rides and attractions (unless restricted by conditions which could ultimately prohibit someone from riding safely, including but not limited to height, weight, age, physical limitations such as pregnancy and heart conditions, or observed inappropriate behavior), on any regularly-scheduled operating day of the season for which it was issued.

A Session Pass is valid for only one visit per day, and an active Big Bear Watersports School, inc. Waterpark wristband is required for entry. This pass also does not include admission to areas not open to the general public or requiring a separate admission fee. Fees for parking, food, merchandise, games, pay-per-experience attractions, concerts, and special events are not included.

Using a Session or Day Pass and wristband by a guest to whom the pass and wristband was not originally issued will result in immediate confiscation of the pass and wristband without refund. Each visit is subject to applicable park rules and restrictions.

All passes and attractions are subject to closings and cancellations for weather or other conditions.

A Session or Day Pass is the property of Big Bear Watersports School, Inc. and is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and not valid for cash. A Session or Day Pass may also be revoked without refund and the participant removed from the park for any misuse, failure to abide by applicable terms and conditions or conduct detrimental to the park, including theft of property or services, violation of Federal, State and Local laws, assisting any person to obtain unauthorized entry, violation of park rules, safety procedures, vandalism, disorderly conduct, intoxication, and possession of intoxicating liquors (except as properly purchased within the park with valid identification and used in a responsible manner), drugs or weapons.

A session wristband is required for admission at all times. If a Session wristband is lost, stolen or forgotten, it can be replaced with proof of purchase.

Unauthorized resale is prohibited.

The registered holder of a Session or day Pass agrees to these and other conditions of usage, and grants Big Bear Watersports School, inc.  permission to use his or her photographic/video image in advertising, promotions, or other publication without payment or compensation to the holder.

In addition to the Terms and Conditions herein, a Session or Day Pass is subject to all Federal, State and local government health and safety orders in effect at the time the registered holder attempts to use a Session or Day Pass to gain entry. All Federal, State and local government orders and related park rules and regulations applicable should be reviewed prior to any attempt to gain admission. No refund will be provided due to any closure, capacity limitation, and/or full or partial shutdown resulting from any Federal, State and local government health and safety orders. Big Bear Watersports School, Inc. reserves the right to require a reservation and valid Regular session or day pass on the day of entry.

To enter the waterpark, each Guest is required to have an advanced session or day pass reservation a valid dated ticket for the waterpark on the same date. Waterpark reservations are limited and subject to availability, restrictions, changes and cancellations at any time. Waterpark reservations are non-transferable and void if transferred or sold. Waterpark admission is not guaranteed.

SAFETY AND SECURITY

Guests are expected to follow posted safety signs as well as all instructions of Big Bear Watersports School, Inc.. Big Bear Watersports School, Inc. strictly prohibits all guests from possessing weapons of any kind on the premises. This extends to both the park and parking lot.

Illegal drugs and alcohol are not permitted into the waterpark. Big Bears Watersports School, Inc. reserves the right to cease alcohol service to guests exhibiting intoxication and/or aggressive behavior.

REFUNDS

All sales are final, and Big Bear Watersports School, Inc. does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances. Session or Day Passes and Daily Tickets are non-transferrable unless expressly permitted by Big Bear Watersports School, Inc.
