Water Park Rules

Please take a moment to review the rules for our Water Park

1.      Participants must be able to swim proficiently.

2.      Participants must be 4 years or older. Participants under 8 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

3.      Participants must not weigh more than 250lbs.

4.      Participants must always wear a properly fitted life jacket. It must be buckled up and/ or zipped up.

5.      Participants must not wear shoes onto the Water Park.

6.      Participants must attend our safety briefing before entering the Water Park.

7.      Participants must never swim underneath any of the features.

8.      Participants must use the Water Park responsibly to ensure they do not injure themselves or others.

9.      Participants must never jump onto other participants. Only one person may slide/jump at a time.

10. Participants must only slide/jump when the safety area is free of participants and always slide/jump feet first, moving out of the landing area immediately. No flipping and no diving!

11. Participants must only use the park in the presence of staff during official hours.

12. In the event of lightning or thunder, the session will be cancelled and rescheduled.

13. Participants must be at least 18 years or older to sign their own release of liability. For participants 17 and younger, a legal guardian aged 18 years or older must sign, and should be present for the entire session. Please do not forget to bring a valid ID.

14. Participants must remove all kinds of jewelry such as, but not limited to, necklaces, large earrings, rings, piercings, bands, (smart)watches, and (sun)glasses (if possible). Acceptable items up to the discretion of the staff.

15. Participants must not be pregnant, injured or have any pre-existing medical conditions.

16. Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.

17. Please leave any pets and other animals at home (including your dogs).

18. BBQs, fires, and loud music are prohibited on our premises.

19. Carrying any form of weapons, including concealed or openly carried firearms, is strictly prohibited within the premises of Big Bear Watersports School. This policy is enforced to ensure a safe environment for all visitors and staff.

20. Big Bear Watersports School is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal items.
